What if I Receive a Damaged or Defective Item?
If an item is received damaged or defective customer service needs to be notified within 3 business days for a full refund. Notification past the 3 day return window will not be eligible for a refund. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org with your order information and pictures of damage.
What is the Return Policy?
Returns are accepted within 15 days of purchase for a full refund as long as the merchandise has ALL tags attached and has not be worn, washed, stained, or altered.

How do you return?
- Notify email@example.com with your order information and why you would like to return.
- Securely pack and seal the package with merchandise and a copy of your original receipt.

Once your package has been received your refund will be processed in the original form of payment within 5 business days.
*Original and return shipping fees are NOT refundable.
What is the Exchange Policy?
We do not allow exchanges as our inventory is rapidly changing, and we would not be able to meet your needs.
We do provide a size chart and pictures for every item so that you have all the information you need to order.
How Will My Order Be Shipped?
Our preferred shipping provider is USPS. Standard delivery time is 3-7 business days from the time your package is confirmed and departs our store. Orders are not shipped until credit card authorization has been verified and cleared. *Please note that delivery times do not include the initial 48-hour order processing window or weekend delivery. Delivery times do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or any major holidays.
How Do I Know the Status of My Order?
Once your order has been placed you will receive an order confirmation email. Once your item has shipped you will receive a delivery confirmation email. UNFORTUNATELY, WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ITEMS LOST IN TRANSIT. If a shipment is refused, the customer is responsible for the original shipping charges, as well as the cost of returning the package to Live Simple Shop. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund.
